Turismo Ribadesella

The Route is made up of six ceramic murals, in blue and sepia colours, which narrate to the spectator the history of Ribadesella from prehistoric times to the present day. Each panel refers to a specific period:

1. Prehistory

2. Rome and the Middle Ages

3. The Renaissance

4. The War of Independence

5. Emigration

6. Modernity

The design of the murals is the work of the well-known humorist, and member of the Royal Spanish Academy of Language, Antonio Mingote, following the script of the local writer Toni Silva, and carried out in ceramics by the craftsman Pachu Muñiz.
